For those less than urgent CareLogic questions, you might want to ask your peers in the Qualifacts’ CareLogic User Community. Qualifacts Connect is a online user community designed to foster collaboration by allowing our customers to share best practices, work through challenges, and provide Qualifacts with suggestions for upgrades and improvements. Qualifacts Connect also serves as a one-stop shop for important system documentation.
If you still having trouble and would like to submit a help ticket, you will need to do so via the Qualifacts Support portal. Access to the portal is based on privileging. If you received an email with a username and password to the support portal then you have access. If you do have a username and password, please contact your System Administrator to submit an official help ticket.
Before logging in to Support Portal, check your compatibility view. Compatibility view allows sites to appear consistently across browsers of varying versions. Meaning, turning on compatibility view will help make sure menus, images, and text appear in the right places and buttons will work correctly.
•In your browser’s address bar, look for an icon that looks like a piece of paper torn in half.
•If your compatibility view icon is gray, click it to turn on compatibility view.
The compatibility view icon will turn blue when it is activated.
