NASHVILLE, Tenn. — March 4, 2019
Four leading behavioral health and human services organizations today announced a strategic partnership with Qualifacts, a leading provider of electronic health records (EHR) for behavioral health and human services organizations. This partnership focuses on empowering their clinicians with more flexible and configurable EHR tools that can truly mirror existing best practices and support better outcomes.
Kitsap Mental Health Services, Discovery Behavioral Healthcare, Peninsula Behavioral Health and West End Outreach Services formed the Olympic Peninsula Collaborative and will be implementing the CareLogic EHR platform to document care, improve outcomes, drive efficiencies and demonstrate high performance. As part of the collaborative, each member agency will have the ability to configure CareLogic forms and workflows to support their unique needs and coordinate care across providers, services, programs and locations.
“The collaborative chose CareLogic for its clinical tools, flexibility and unique capabilities to support care coordination with the documentation, forms, and workflows we each need at our individual agencies,” said Joe Roszak, Chief Executive Officer of Kitsap Mental Health Services.
Qualifacts’ CareLogic EHR platform provides a single, integrated solution for managing clinical, financial, and operational information across the organization, from treatment plans and outcomes analytics to claims, billing, and financial reporting. Its comprehensive platform is well-suited to meet the needs across the OIympic Peninsula, an early adopter engaged in the transformation to managed care.
“Qualifacts is proud to support our customers in adapting to integrated care and enhancing the overall health of populations,” said Todd Charest, Chief Product Officer for Qualifacts. “CareLogic offers flexible, configurable clinical tools, including assessments and decision support linked to evidence and leading treatment plan capabilities; clean, customizable forms, and tools for complex billing. Every agency is different and every plan of care is unique but all are working toward improved outcomes and reduced cost and CareLogic offers that platform.”
