Hope Winkowski has utilized her clinical, administrative, and medical billing backgrounds to successfully oversee multiple departments at Qualifacts + Credible, including dedicated Billing, Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Data Analytics and Reporting, achieving streamlined billing implementation and support alongside improved quality testing and product design. She has more than 13 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field in community mental health, court mandated services, foster care, and adoption. Ms. Winkowski’s experiences include establishing programming and infrastructure to support Family Based, Outpatient, Psychiatric, and Tele-psychiatric services, as well as implementing the infrastructure to support physician credentialing and behavioral health billing for a nonprofit agency in Pennsylvania. She earned her M.Ed in Counseling Education from Pennsylvania State University and is a National Board Certified Counselor.

Mary Givens has been with Qualifacts for 13 years. She has a Masters in Rehabilitation Administration from the University of San Francisco. Before coming to Qualifacts, Mary was the CEO of a non-profit organization that served IDD, she was the Director of Client Services and a Director of Supported Employment for people with SPMI. Since coming to Qualifacts, she has been a Project Manager for Implementation and a Program Manager of Meaningful Use, and is currently the Product Manager of Federal Programs.
