Having the right technology is essential to achieving and maintaining compliance in an increasingly complex behavioral health landscape. In this webinar, we’ll discuss how an EHR platform and vendor should support agency staff with data collection and more to make the compliance process less stressful — and why having an experienced vendor matters.

As a result of this presentation, attendees will learn:
  • How the right EHR platform provides efficiencies and customizable systems to ease the burden of state and federal reporting
  • The many ways a vendor with a dedicated compliance department can support agency personnel
  • What the 21st Century CURES Act, changes in HIPAA, and other coming regulatory changes mean for an agency’s compliance program
