To support better outcomes, improve care quality, and reduce the risks associated with gaps in care, more providers are leveraging on-demand tools that empower consumers with evidence-based resources. These tools can help consumers build resiliency and create real and lasting change in their behavioral health and well-being.

Peer-reviewed studies show that technology-enabled services and strategies designed to support greater consumer engagement in behavioral healthcare are highly effective in helping individuals address depression, anxiety, stress, substance use, insomnia, and chronic pain – while also supporting the physical and spiritual aspects of whole-person health.

  • Why consumer engagement is critical to value-based care
  • How consumer engagement is evolving and maturing
  • What behavioral health agencies should consider when looking at consumer engagement technologies
