This shift saves the technically skilled team at BrightView significant time with each data refresh, reclaiming valuable hours previously spent on repetitive tasks such as running a report to get the data, then applying the data in excel. We’ve increased the frequency of group therapy sessions while reducing the duration of individual therapy sessions. Based on our data, clients have better outcomes with shorter, more frequent individual sessions (around 30 minutes) and increased participation in group therapy. We’ve also observed that clients are more likely to engage and achieve better outcomes when they attend group sessions more frequently. These data-driven insights are helping us optimize our treatment plans and improve client outcomes.”

By compiling this data into the blue sheets, we optimize their workflow, saving them valuable time and allowing them to focus more on direct client care rather than spending time searching for information within the EHR.”
