The Family Service Society, Inc., (FSSI) had selected the Medical Transcription and Scribe Services offered by InSync and Qualifacts, and teams counted on its efficiency, ease of use, and productivity enhancements every day to support note taking and documentation, and to support FSSI’s accommodations for people with visual impairments.
When FSSI merged with Grant-Blackford Mental Health, and the combined organization switched to the Credible Behavioral Health EHR, also from Qualifacts, leadership wanted to keep and expand the transcription and scribe services.
