As a 24/7 crisis response hotline, crisis intervention and mobile outreach services provider, Behavioral Health Response (BHR) in St. Louis, MO, selected Qualifacts and the CareLogic EHR solution to support its current programs and services and its plans for ongoing growth and expansion.
BHR needed to step up to a solution that was purpose-built for behavioral health and could support its need for greater efficiency and accountability internally and increased configurability and flexibility in adapting to changing payment models and reporting and compliance requirements.
Along with seeking immediate enhancements in billing, reporting, clinical documentation, and scheduling, BHR chose Qualifacts and CareLogic with an eye toward tomorrow.
