With clinical documentation requirements, billing complexity, and reporting and analytics needs becoming increasingly complex, Kentucky River Community Care (KRCC) needed to enhance ease of use for its staff while expanding the technical capabilities of its EHR solutions deployed across those areas. “We needed better clinical documentation specific to behavioral health, and we needed data visibility for our client outcomes across our programs and our caseloads, with visibility into wraparound care and services,” said Nici Gaines, KRCC Chief Performance Officer.
