Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) of Vermont needed an EHR platform that would grow with them. Creating workflows within Credible was a team effort for NKHS. Clinical providers worked alongside Qualifacts technical partners throughout the implementation process, accommodating their best practices. “We built our system to align with the interpretation and understanding of our clinicians,” Gould said. “Our clinicians found ease of use, straightforward click paths, and the ability to configure and create our documentation to their requirements.”

“Adding the Credible Mobile application that works remotely in a disconnected mode was a huge win for us when we went live because it’s a significant requirement for our providers in rural areas,” Gould said.
