About Mary Givens, CCBHC Program Manager, Qualifacts
Mary Givens has been with Qualifacts for 18 years. She has a Masters in Rehabilitation Administration from the University of San Francisco. Before coming to Qualifacts, Mary was the CEO of a non-profit organization that served IDD. She was the Director of Client Services and Director of Supported Employment for people with SPMI. Since coming to Qualifacts, she has been a Project Manager for Implementation and a Program Manager of Meaningful Use and is currently the CCBHC Program Manager.
Rachel Clemens, Vice President of Solutions Consulting, Qualifacts
Rachel Clemens has been with Qualifacts for 14 years. She is currently Vice President of Solution Consulting. She works with organizations in their EHR search and helps them determine the best product and helps them identify their decision criteria. She manages a team of Product Specialists and Solution Consultants who are experts in the Qualifacts products. Before joining Qualifacts, Rachel worked in Community Mental Health Centers as a therapist, manager, and Director of Clinical Informatics. She has worked in community mental health center for 25 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Illinois State University.
