Qualifacts’ CareLogic EHR platform has been named a Top 20 Mental Health software product by Capterra, a free online service that helps organizations find the right software.
As defined by Capterra, mental health software, also known as behavioral health EHR software, “allows physicians, therapists and other related professionals to manage their clinical, administrative and operational workflows. The software also manages patient case or outcome management and ensures regulatory compliance.”
“CareLogic is a flexible, configurable and highly adaptable EHR that gives clinicians the tools they need to succeed in a complex, rapidly evolving and challenging environment,” said Todd Charest, Chief Product Officer for Qualifacts. “Capterra’s rankings, since they are based on actual user reviews alongside search performance, shows that Qualifacts’ provider partners, as well as the larger behavioral health and human services community, values what CareLogic has to offer, and we are delighted to be included.”
Capterra considered the overall user rating from reviews in the last 12 months, while the search volume component looked at average monthly search volume for a standardized set of keywords for each product, as well as the position of the vendor’s domain on the search engine results page for each keyword. Those two scores were then weighted and combined into an overall score, which then was used to determine the top 20, which can be found here.
